The Drowning Prevention Coalition of Arizona and SRP Invite Families to the 27th Annual “Tapping Into Water Safety” Event at Phoenix Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort

WHAT:

Families are invited to a free, hands-on water safety event featuring live demonstrations and lifesaving education as the Drowning Prevention Coalition of Arizona (DPCA) hosts its 27th annual “Tapping Into Water Safety” event. This community event brings together organizations committed to water safety and drowning prevention in Arizona, including Salt River Project (SRP), the Phoenix Fire Department, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and the YMCA.

The family friendly event will offer an engaging and educational experience focused on water safety. Activities include a live mock drowning demonstration, CPR demonstrations and hands-on education to help families recognize water safety risks and respond to emergencies.

Attendees can also enjoy music, family friendly entertainment and raffles. Free water safety resources will be available while supplies last, including safety materials, life jackets and information about local programs.
