At 8 p.m. this evening, SRP had a technical issue impacting phone lines and M-Power, pre-pay customers.
We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.For M-Power customers an electronic code entered into their M-Power device will get them back into power. The code and detailed instructions can be found on the top of the page at www.srpnet.com.
