SRP Offers More Pay In-Person Options for Customers

Power and Irrigation Customers Can Make In-Person Cash Payments at Supermarkets, Pharmacies and Other Stores

WHAT:
Starting today, Salt River Project customers now can make cash payments at more than 500 convenient locations throughout the Valley. Some locations even offer 24/7 service. To find the most convenient location, customers can go to srp.net/paymentlocations. In Person Payment Photo

DETAILS:
Currently, customers can pay with cash at a limited number of kiosks, known as SRP PayCenters®. As SRP expands the number of in-person cash payment locations, it will phase out SRP PayCenter locations starting on May 1 for irrigation payments and later this fall for power payments.

Cash is the only form of payment accepted at retail locations at this time. When making a payment at a retail location, SRP customers will need to visit the checkout lane or guest services depending on the location. Self-service is not an option at these locations.
