HOW:
Visit srpnet.com/HEA to learn more and schedule a Virtual Home Energy Assessment or call (602) 236-3065. Customers do not have to own a home to be eligible for an SRP Home Energy Assessment. In some cases, however, property manager approval may be needed.

DETAILS:

During the summer months, air conditioners can account for 50 percent or more of a customer’s total utility bill. Smart thermostats increase an air conditioner’s efficiency. LED bulbs use five times less energy and last up to 15 times longer than traditional incandescents. By switching five most-used bulbs in a home, customers can save up to $75 per year. Qualifications for a FREE ENERGY STAR® refrigerator: Customers who receive Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, Women, Infants, and Children or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits as evidenced by an eligibility letter issued within the past 12 months. Refrigerator must be 16 years or older (ENERGY STAR models) or 12 years or older (Non-ENERGY STAR models) at the time of the SRP Home Energy Assessment. Refrigerators that do not meet these criteria at or during the assessment are not eligible for future replacement.
