Jobs Available: SRP Hiring Residential Customer Care Representatives

WHAT:
At a time when so many need work, Salt River Project is hiring for its award-winning customer care team. SRP is a community-based, not-for-profit utility and the nation's third-largest public power and water company.

English and bilingual employees are needed and can apply online at www.srpnet.com/csr.

The pay is $19.51 per hour and full benefits are available after a three-month training and transition process. Selected customer service representatives will receive paid comprehensive six-week training, which counts toward 16 college credits. SRP offers a work-from-home schedule during the pandemic.

Customer care representatives work in a fast-paced, structured environment and handle electric service inquiries for more than 1 million SRP customers. The call centers employ up to 300 employees and are located in Tempe and Queen Creek, AZ.

WHEN:
Applications are currently being accepted by February 1 for a virtual training session that starts on March 22
