Earn $20 an Hour Working for SRP’s Award-Winning Customer Contact Center

SRP Hiring Now through November 1

WHAT:
Salt River Project is looking for bilingual and English-speaking customer service representatives to join the community-based, not-for-profit utility. The pay is $20.03 per hour and full benefits are available after a three-month training and transition process.

Selected customer service representatives will receive a paid comprehensive six-week training, which counts toward 16 college credits. SRP offers a work-from-home schedule during the pandemic.

Customer care representatives work in a fast-paced, structured environment and handle electric service inquiries for more than 1 million SRP customers for the nation's third-largest public power and water company. Initially, new hires will train and work from home. As employees return to work, representatives can be assigned to our Tempe or Queen Creek locations.

WHEN:
Applications are currently being accepted through November 1st. New representatives will start January 7.
