A Redesigned My Account For Our Customers
When customers log into their online accounts this month, they will notice things look a little different. My Account’s functionality has been enhanced to make it easier to find the information customers need the most, along with a few new features. And of course, My Account will still offer the same benefits customers have enjoyed for years – like access to bill, online payment, usage details and account alerts.
Enhanced features:
- At-a-glance dashboard with a focus on bills, usage and outages
The new dashboard gives customers a clear view of their amount due, daily usage cost and outage status at first glance.
- 24/7 access from desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile
Improved menu options makes access easy regardless of the device customers choose.
- Improved usage and cost charts
Change between daily and hourly usage views with one click, or input a custom date range and customers can see a projected bill amount.
New features:
- My bill tab
Customers can download a PDF of their bill and compare past bills to current bills. Billing/payment and usage is available for the last three years.
- Pricing & programs tab
Customers can easily see and change the price plan they're enrolled in and opt in to a variety of billing and playment options.
- My profile & settings tab
This area now features a document center where files like credit letters and statements for purchases, usage and M-Power transactions are available for download. Customers can make changes to contacts, add banking information and sign up for billing, usage and outage alerts.
